It all started on an ordinary day as I was walking through the center of Scheidegg. In the window of a traditional Bavarian wooden house, I noticed a small sign saying that a space was available for rent. Although several people had already applied, I hoped for the best. Starting something new is never easy—but I was following a lifelong dream, and that gave me the courage to move forward. In the beginning, I didn’t even have art rails to hang my work. With a limited budget, I made a few small but important investments to turn the space into something functional. I could only afford rails for two of the walls, but it was a start.

At Atelier Galerie Ala Botnarescu, each piece is presented with special attention to detail, where packaging is thoughtfully designed as part of the overall artistic experience — from small to medium SOS kraft paper bags and small square jewelry boxes, beautifully adorned with pressed flowers, to classic black rigid cardboard boxes with the atelier logo, carefully selected in smaller sizes for jewelry and medium sizes for artworks.
Medium to large artworks can be safely shipped either in sturdy cardboard tubes, for artworks that can be carefully rolled (such as paper works or canvas paintings), or in protective cardboard boxes with an inner layer of bubble wrap film, especially for framed artworks or canvases stretched on wooden frames. Each artwork is prepared with careful attention to ensure safe transport and protection during delivery.
