 1. Original Framed Cat Portrait

This original framed cat portrait, created during the Inktober 2025 challenge (prompt “Award”, October 31), brings the challenge to a meaningful close. Hand-inked with black gel pen on warm yellow paper, the artwork combines expressive detail with professional framing. Signed and ready to hang, the artwork is available in the shop.

2. My Spiritual Goat

Inspired by the goat that was part of the artist’s childhood throughout her school years, this artwork is a tribute to a spirited companion with a wild, free-spirited nature. Mischievous, rebellious, and impossible to tame, she became a lasting symbol of independence and individuality. The artist’s website logo is based on this very drawing, making it a deeply personal piece within the Flora & Fauna series.

3. Veal Portrait

Is an original animal drawing created with gel pen, inspired by a quiet encounter with a young calf during a rainy afternoon walk in Bavaria. Capturing innocence, vulnerability, and the emotional connection between living beings, the artwork transforms a fleeting moment into a detailed study of compassion and the bond between humans and animals.

Created on A3 paper, the original artwork is signed by the artist and professionally framed in a black aluminium frame with protective glass (framed size: 40 × 50 cm). In the shop, you can also find this artwork available as a printed collection on tote bags (two sizes) and T-shirts (sizes S, M, L).

4. The Ocean

Inspired by the artist’s fascination with the ocean and its mysterious underwater world, this drawing captures the beauty of both familiar and yet-to-be-discovered marine creatures. The ocean, still largely unexplored, sparks curiosity and wonder, which she aimed to reflect in this artwork.

4. & 5. The Drawings “Flora & Fauna” and “Sweet Flower”

The artwork “Flora & Fauna” was presented as part of the 22nd Staufner Art Exhibition (2025), where the exhibition theme coincided with both the artist’s series concept and the title of this original drawing. Created by artist Ala Botnarescu using a mixed-media technique, the artwork attracted the attention of the visitors and is available for purchase

The colorful drawing “Sweet Flower” was inspired by a flower arranged by the artist and later transformed into an artwork on paper. The piece was donated for the public search game, following the tradition that the previous year’s Staufner Kunstpreis winner (Ala Botnarescu) contributes an artwork for the next exhibition.
