Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Eligible items for return:

• Prints and postcards (excluding personalised prints with names).
• Resin objects (except custom-made pieces).
• Handmade jewellery (except personalised items).
• Printed t-shirts (except personalised designs).

Non-returnable items:

• Personalised items (e.g. commissioned portraits, prints with names, customised artwork).
• Digital downloads, if you were informed before purchase that you lose the right to cancel once downloading begins, and you accepted this.
• Earrings that go through ear piercings (for hygiene reasons).
• Worn or damaged items.

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your card provider, as processing times can vary.
3. If you still have not received it, contact us at studio@alabotnarescu.art.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@alabotnarescu.art and send your item to: Kirchplatz 3, 88175 Scheidegg.

Shipping returns

To return an item, please email studio@alabotnarescu.art.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times vary by location. For high-value items, we recommend tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
